In the past 33 years the Eye Foundation, in conjunction with LSU Eye Center, have helped thousands of patients with surgeries to help with eye diseases.

If you qualify, the Eye Foundation can help you receive needed surgeries.

After receiving an eye exam from one of the participating Lions’ clinics it may be determined that surgery is needed to repair your vision. If this is the case you will be referred to a participating hospital for a second opinion and consultation. Your application will be forwarded to the closest participating hospital. From this point, you will coordinate your visits and your surgery with the patient Coordinator from that hospital.

Just take note of how things look around you. If you feel that your eyesight is impaired in any of these ways we urge you to see an Ophthalmologist for an examination.
